Synchromat Filling Machine
|
This automatic liquid filler has a fill accuracy of ±0.5% or better and a fill rate of 34cpm with 2 filling heads and up to 200cpm with 20 filling heads. The Synchromat’s design allows you to expand from 2 to 20 nozzles as production increases and has an optional multi-stroke system that extends range beyond one liter.
The Synchromat Filling Machine can accommodate a wide variety of products and container shapes and sizes. The product may be supplied from floor level reservoir, overhead supply, or pressurized source. A range of Filamatic Piston Pump sizes and models are available along with quick volume adjustment, programmable controller, and an optional HMI touchscreen.
