H-CE Molten Products Filling Machine

The Filamatic H-CE Molten Products Filling Machine effortlessly fills liquids or liquefied solids such as stick deodorant, anti-perspirant, lipstick, lip balm, candle wax and petrolatum base products with ease and precision. The Controlled Environment (CE) heating system warms the product and provides trouble-free filling up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. With fill ranges from 1mL to 1100mL per stroke and a fill accuracy of ± 1%, the Molten, or Hot Filler has a fill rate up to 300 containers per minute. This filling machine also easily integrates with components such as conveyors, unscramblers, accumulators, cappers, and labelers.
